And, most of the time Bruce or Hattie will pick up that telephone line. We try to answer our telephone. When we are taping, editing, or presenting (conferences and seminars), it will go to voice mail. Eventually we'll implement speech recognition technology to help! Instead of voice mail, we'll have the calls transferred directly to an "intelligent hub" within our web site and there natural language speech recognition might ask you, "How can 'we' help you?" It is a dream to provide you with immediate help to navigate through the web site and get you the information you need!
Hattie says, "Keep dreaming!" Though that technology does exist today, moving it to the web is still a little hurdle. So, until then, there is email.
